The company (Best Friends) has been providing childcare throughout central Pennsylvania in commercial, retail and educational settings for more than 30 years.
Since its founding in 1983, the company has been managed by owner Timothy R. Norris. Each day, the company cares for children and employs 55 or more employees on a regular basis. Presently, the company holds licenses from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
